Do I have to do neurofeedback before using HEG or tPBM?

Not necessarily. Some people start with tools‑only plans (Executive Focus Reset with HEG, or Brain Energy Reset with tPBM) as a gentler or more affordable first step. Others layer tools on top of neurofeedback as part of a Brain Power Stack.

What’s special about the HEG you use?

Many basic HEG systems only train more activation in the prefrontal cortex. Our protocols train both healthy activation and the ability to come back down, so you get better focus and follow‑through without getting stuck in “amped” mode.

How is tPBM different from neurofeedback?
