We review your history, goals, and current stressors. For many clients, we recommend a QEEG Brain Map for deeper insight into where your brain is working too hard or not hard enough.
You’ll get a clear recommendation for how often to come, how long your program should last, and any supportive tools to match your goals, schedule, and budget. The first focus is getting you out of “survival mode” and into a more stable, regulated baseline.
As your brain stabilizes, we may add targeted tools (like HEG, tPBM light therapy, or linear protocols) to build higher‑level focus and performance, then move you into a lighter Brain Momentum Membership for continued wellness and advancements.

We’ll decide your exact number of sessions and schedule together during your Brain Plan Call and first in-center review. You won’t have to pick a track by name. We’ll decide together whether a 25‑ or 40‑session Brain Reset Foundation plan is right for you, and whether adding a Brain Power Stack (Phase 2) makes sense.
Neurofeedback (dynamical and linear) is the foundation. Tools like HEG, tPBM, BioMat, and LifeWave are Brain Optimization Tools we layer in for fuel, strength, and recovery when helpful. We combine multiple tools so we’re not forcing every brain into one model or missing critical foundational support.
