When you want the deepest level of support, you don’t just want a device. You want someone in the room who can read what your nervous system is doing, adjust in real time, and hold the space so you don’t have to “hold it together” alone.
Our in-person programs are for adults, parents, and kids with real goals and responsibilities whose brains keep defaulting to survival mode — and who want the highest level of observation, adjustment, and customization inside our structured three-phase Brain Reset model.

We begin by reviewing your history, current challenges, goals, and what your nervous system has been carrying.
For many clients, a QEEG Brain Map is recommended to better understand where the brain may be over- or under-working — so training decisions are precise rather than guesswork.
You don’t have to decide what you need. That’s our job.
You’ll receive a clear recommendation for session frequency, program length, and foundational focus based on your brain, schedule, and real-life demands.
Phase 1 stabilizes the nervous system first. When the brain isn’t constantly putting out fires, sleep, focus, and emotional steadiness have something solid to build on.
This is where many clients feel the first real shift — when daily life stops feeling like so much extra effort.
As stability improves, we may layer targeted tools such as HEG, tPBM light therapy, or targeted linear neurofeedback to support higher-level focus and resilience.
Nothing is rushed. Nothing is random. Everything follows your Brain Plan.
Some clients then transition into lighter-touch support to maintain and expand progress.

You don’t have to choose a plan on your own. We’ll recommend the right starting point and progression based on your goals and nervous system.
We’ll determine modality, session count, and schedule together during your Brain Plan Call or in-person consult.
Neurofeedback is the foundation, but different systems have different strengths. Proper selection and sequencing matter.

Some clients begin with neurofeedback as their Brain Reset Foundation. Others start with targeted tools when energy, schedule, or budget make that a better entry point. These tools can also be layered strategically to strengthen and accelerate progress.
These options may be used as a starting point, layered into a Brain Reset Foundation, or continued between neurofeedback sessions, depending on your goals and capacity.
Both are Phase 1 Brain Reset Foundation plans. The 25‑session track is our standard reset. The 40‑session intensive is for more entrenched patterns (long‑standing anxiety/trauma, complex attention/mood issues) or people who want a stronger, front‑loaded transformation.
Most people train 2–3 times per week. A Brain Reset Foundation typically takes about 3 months to complete, depending on schedule and frequency.
Not always. We use QEEG when we need more precision (for example, after head injury or complex cases). Many clients do very well with history + clinical assessment + dynamical neurofeedback. We’ll tell you when a map would truly add value.
Yes. We work with children, teens, and adults. Sessions are non‑invasive, and manykids find them calming once they understand the routine.
