Hands-on, evidence-based neurofeedback and brain training grounded in over 20 years of clinical experience and more than 35,000 client hours — designed to help your brain and nervous system feel calmer, clearer, and more resilient so you can function better in everyday life.
If you’re local (or able to travel), in-person neurofeedback offers the highest level of support and customization. These programs follow our structured three-phase Brain & Body Wellness Stack to help your brain reset, stabilize, and build lasting capacity

We begin by reviewing your history, current challenges, goals, and stressors.
For many clients, a QEEG Brain Map is recommended to better understand where the brain may be over- or under-working and to guide more precise training decisions.
You’ll receive a clear recommendation for ideal foundational focus, session frequency, program length, and supportive tools based on your brain, schedule, and budget.
Phase 1 focuses on stabilizing the nervous system and moving out of chronic survival mode into a more regulated baseline.
As stability improves, we may layer in targeted tools such as HEG, tPBM light therapy, or linear neurofeedback to support higher-level focus, performance, and resilience.
Some clients then transition into a lighter-touch Brain Momentum Membership to support ongoing progress.

Together, these programs make up your In-Person Brain & Body Wellness Stack. You don’t have to choose a plan on your own — we’ll recommend the right starting point and progression based on your brain and goals.
Created and refined by Raquel Younglove, based on thousands of hours observing client outcomes and needs, these programs have helped children, adults, and families improve focus, stress resilience, sleep, and overall performance.
We’ll determine modality, session count and schedule together during your Brain Plan Call or Initial Consult in-person.
Neurofeedback is the foundation of our work.
Additional Brain Optimization Tools may be layered in when appropriate to support energy, strength, and recovery.
Dynamical Neurofeedback® (NeurOptimal®)
Whole‑brain regulation and resilience - like an “operating system reset” for your nervous system
Linear Neurofeedback
Targeted training based on EEG/QEEG patterns for specific brain regions and networks
QEEG Brain Mapping Quantitative EEG to personalize your protocol, identify over‑ or under‑active areas of the brain, and track changes over time
Sessions are drug‑free, relaxing, and safe. You sit or lay comfortably while your brain receives real‑time feedback and learns more efficient patterns.
Over time, your brain has learned certain “habits” for how to respond to stress, focus, and sleep. Our in-center programs give it better feedback so it can practice better habits instead.

Personalized consultation and, when appropriate, QEEG brain mapping

In‑center neurofeedback sessions (dynamical and/or linear)

Progress reviews every 10–15 sessions

Foundational guidance for sleep, stress, and lifestyle habits that affect brain function and life wellness

Access to optional complementary tools (HEG, tPBM, BioMat, LifeWave) to support and accelerate results
Each plan provides structure, professional support, and clear ways to see and feel progress over time.

Some clients begin with neurofeedback as their Brain Reset Foundation. Others start with targeted tools like HEG or tPBM as a lighter or more focused first step. These same tools can also be layered into an existing program to support energy, focus, regulation, and recovery.
These options may be used as a starting point, layered into a Brain Reset Foundation, or continued between neurofeedback sessions, depending on your goals and capacity.
Both are Phase 1 Brain Reset Foundation plans. The 25‑session track is our standard reset. The 40‑session intensive is for more entrenched patterns (long‑standing anxiety/trauma, complex attention/mood issues) or people who want a stronger, front‑loaded transformation.
Most people train 2–3 times per week. A Brain Reset Foundation typically takes about 3 months to complete, depending on schedule and frequency.
Not always. We use QEEG when we need more precision (for example, after head injury or complex cases). Many clients do very well with history + clinical assessment + dynamical neurofeedback. We’ll tell you when a map would truly add value.
Yes. We work with children, teens, and adults. Sessions are non‑invasive, and manykids find them calming once they understand the routine.
