Your rental system ships within two business days (Monday–Friday) or is prepared for local pickup in Colorado Springs.
If your system is shipped, you'll receive tracking information.
If you're picking up locally, we'll schedule your pickup and in-person instruction appointment.

When you do your part, we extend ours.
If you enroll in a minimum 3-month at-home NeurOptimal® Dynamical Neurofeedback® rental program, select a Primary Trainee, and they:
- Complete at least 16 sessions within the first 8 weeks
- Attend scheduled bi-weekly check-ins (scheduled in advance),
And do not notice a clear shift in sleep, stress, or focus —
- We’ll add one additional rental week at no cost.
Guarantee applies to one Primary Trainee per program.

Is at‑home training as effective as in‑person sessions?
For many people, yes. You’re using the same professional‑grade systems we use in the clinic, with clear protocols and ongoing support. In‑person is best when you need hands‑on guidance or more complex protocol work; at‑home is ideal for families, busy professionals, and those outside Colorado.
Can more than one person in my family use the at‑home system?
Often, yes. Depending on the program, we can structure single‑user or whole‑family plans so multiple members safely benefit from the same neurofeedback, HEG, or tPBM system.
I’m not tech‑savvy. Will I be able to do this?
Yes. We do step‑by‑step setup with you (remote or in‑person), give you a binder and short videos, and are available for questions. If you can manage basic email and Zoom, we can walk you through the rest.
What happens if equipment has an issue during my rental?
We troubleshoot with you first. If needed, we repair or replace equipment according to your rental agreement so you’re not stuck without support.
