Your rental system ships within two business days (Monday–Friday) or is prepared for local pickup in Colorado Springs.
If your system is shipped, you'll receive tracking information. If you're picking up locally, we'll schedule your pickup and in-person neurofeedback instruction appointment.

The guarantee applies to one primary participant per program. Your commitment is consistent participation and scheduled check-ins.

Can I rent a NeurOptimal system month to month?
Yes. We offer flexible rental options as well as a 90-Day Brain Reset Program for clients who want more time to establish a consistent neurofeedback-at-home routine. Payment plans are available.
How often should I use NeurOptimal at home?
Your rental includes session guidelines matched to your goals. Because every person and household is different, we help you establish a realistic routine instead of using a one-size-fits-all schedule. Ongoing remote support is included throughout your rental.
How will I track progress during my rental?
Your at-home program includes tracking tools that help you notice practical changes over time. We’ll show you how to monitor the patterns that matter to you and use those observations to guide your brain-training routine.
Is at‑home training as effective as in‑person sessions?
At-home training can be highly valuable for families, busy professionals, and clients outside Colorado. It provides access to professional-grade equipment, consistent training, and ongoing guidance. In-person programs are generally better suited to clients who need close observation, QEEG-guided protocols, multiple in-center tools, or more complex adjustment.
Can more than one person in my family use the at‑home system?
Often, yes. Depending on the program, we can structure single‑user or whole‑family programs so multiple members safely benefit from the same neurofeedback, HEG, or tPBM system.
I’m not tech‑savvy. Will I be able to do this?
Yes. We do step‑by‑step setup with you (remote or in‑person), give you a binder and short videos, and are available for questions. If you can manage basic email and Zoom, we can walk you through the rest.
What happens if equipment has an issue during my rental?
We troubleshoot with you first. If needed, we repair or replace equipment according to your rental agreement so you’re not stuck without support.
