Raquel is a sweet, kind, and knowledgeable guide through what would be otherwise an anxiety driving process. Neurofeedback is an excellent aid to optimal brain health. I started with Raquel when I was dealing with significant insomnia and anxiety related to the insomnia. It was affecting my life every day and I was starting to feel like I was broken beyond repair. I started with Raquel and was skeptical at first, and then I started to notice slow and subtle changes. The healing did not happen as fast as I wanted it to (it rarely does), but Raquel gently coached and encouraged me throughout the process and I'm so glad I trusted her and continued with the process. I recently remarked to a friend that I feel "the most like me" I've felt in a long time. I still have occasional insomnia but the anxiety is so much less and I feel like I have enough skills to manage it so much better.

Raquel is exceptional at what she does! I had the wonder opportunity to work with her for a bit before going on the road quite a bit for my job. I run at a pretty high level of stress almost always and was able to notice a significant difference in my ability to channel my cognitive performance after one session. She provides an exceptional service for individuals that are looking to improve their cognitive performance! 10/10 recommend

Wow ! I met with Raquel for initial consultation, I was very impress of her professionalism She educate me and inform me how Neurofeedback works, and how it can help me in every aspect of my life, I felt very comfortable sharing my stugles and challenges I am facing in my life, I thought I was practicing on my own to live a healthy life style, and of course knowing the lord which strengthen my spiritual life , however there is another very important component that needs to get healthier and thats Brain health Neurofeedback I am looiking forward to scheduling sessions with Raquel, so that I can be all that God wants for my life

Working with Raquel and the Neuroptimal system is a genuinely life changing experience. You will not be the same person after doing so, and for the better. Raquel is an incredibly considerate person and has an amazing ability to meet people where they are at and creatively problem solve to help goals get accomplished. I cannot say enough about Raquel. I believe a lot of people who think they need counseling, need coaching. Coaching gets results. I have been in business for 29 years and do well. For anyone who is stuck, and when you are stuck, you need someone else to help you get unstuck, set an appointment. This is about getting out of mediocrity. I would highly recommend Raquel to everyone and anyone when it comes to Brain Training! Over a year ago i purchased a few sessions via Groupon and today i can say that my life has changed for the better and Raquel is a constant staple in our lives. Suffering from depression, anger, loss of self worth and just very unhappy with many parts of my life, the brain training has gotten me to a point in my life where there is a lot of calm. A small example is I can handle situations so much better so the anger for the most part is gone, I don't let many things bother me, they just brush off my shoulder so life is so much more calmer. Before i would rage and just basically go out of my mind out of control throwing things and saying mean things to my partner etc. If you need big changes in your life or even small ones, its totally worth it!

I wish there were more then 5 stars. How can one only give 5 stars to a women who has truly changed our lives!!! Our young adult son has been working with Raquel for several months now. We started with Nerofeedback sessions and next added coaching.The Nero sessions helped my son make corrections to his sleep patterns, helped with his concentration, and also allowed him to keep his anxiety under control. He is no longer in need of anti depressants to manage this. He is getting regular sleep without melatonin and is no longer suffering from panic attacks. He also has ADHD and I swear this has also helped with this. He is back in college and excelling! His brain is being retrained to stay on task and organized. He still gets anxious but is able to manage it.The coaching is a blessing from above. Raquel has a way of uniquely reading you, the room and the situation. She is higher qualified in what she does. Her compassion to help others is like no other. Our son started with 2-3 sessions a week with her. And he is now at 1 a week. He has grown leaps and bounds in just a few months. He trust her and she is so good at showing him different perspectives that he may not have seen before. The confidence he has added is so wonderful. He says she is easy to talk to and understand. She has also worked with us as parents to better equip us. Taught us to step back, have patience, and “plant a seed and let it grow” as she would say. As a mom it’s hard to watch your child struggle and she has allowed me piece of mind. She is a busy women but has made herself available when we had bad moments and needed guidance.I have never met anyone like her. Her willingness to do whatever it takes to help is beyond any other professional I have ever worked with. I love her spirit and faith as well. I love that she can roll that into her coaching. WORTH EVERY PENNY WE HAVE SPENT!

Let me just start by saying this... neurofeedback has changed my life. Quite literally. I am truly not the same person that I was before I started. I've done roughly 50-60 sessions over the past couple of years with two different people and I can say that it works wonders. Before I started neurofeedback, I had a very difficult time articulating my words and organizing my thoughts. I also had a difficult time being assertive because I was afraid of letting other people down. After neuroptimal, this is no longer a problem. I no longer feel like I have any emotional blocks that prevent me from setting boundaries with people in my life and all my thoughts flow fluently without hindrance. I feel free at last. Free from myself and my past traumas. Every situation that use to get an emotional response out of me is no longer an issue and I feel like I'm operating at full capacity most of the time which is a huge change from how I use to operate. At this point, I have a very easy time identifying unhealthy thought patterns and habits which allows me to make changes when necessary. Before neuroptimal, I was nearly incapable of doing this. Raquel has been incredibly supportive and understanding of everything that I've been going through and she makes the sessions go by with ease. I feel like she is someone who is easy to trust and she always has amazing feedback to offer me. I highly recommend neuroptimal and Raquel to anyone who is thinking about making some serious changes in their life.

Raquel is absolutely amazing! She has a gift for what she does and even more for the people she helps. Neurofeedback therapy has been so helpful to my life struggles with anxiety and feeling overwhelmed, it has calmed me and helped so much with thinking clearer. Raquel has changed my life for the better. Suffering from a TBI after a horrible accident and a past with drug addiction. This accident threw me in a mental and emetional chaos in which I being extremely depressed and anxious. I wasn’t eating regularly or right. I couldn’t eat much. My bowl movements weren’t great either. 20 sessions later, once a week, I’m a new person. Each time I hit a set back, something I think hurts my brain, feel depressed or hopeless, I just go in for a tune up and I’m good as new. I strongly believe in what this wonderful woman does! She meets you where you are in life without any judgements, creating a safe space to be truly vulnerable.
