QEEG Brain Mapping

Gain a Clearer Understanding of How Your Brain Is Functioning.

Sometimes the most valuable thing isn't another strategy.

It's finally understanding what's happening.

Life places increasing demands on the brain—stress, poor sleep, hormonal changes, illness, trauma, parenting, careers, loss, and the countless responsibilities that accumulate over time.

Our brains are remarkably adaptable. They compensate. They keep going. But eventually, even the most resilient brains can begin working harder than necessary to keep everything running.

That doesn't mean your brain is broken.

It may simply mean it's been carrying more than it was designed to carry without support.

A Quantitative Electroencephalogram (QEEG)—commonly called QEEG Brain Mapping or a brain map—is a non-invasive way to understand how your brain is functioning today. It often helps explain patterns that conversation alone cannot.

More importantly, it gives us a place to begin.

Not by comparing your experience to someone else's.

Not by relying on assumptions.

But by better understanding your brain.

Not sure whether a brain map is the right place to begin? Schedule a Clarity Call, and I'll help you determine the best starting point for your situation.

What Is QEEG Brain Mapping?

Quantitative Electroencephalography (QEEG)—often called brain mapping—is a non-invasive assessment that measures the electrical activity, or brainwave patterns, produced as the billions of nerve cells in your brain communicate with one another.

Every thought, emotion, memory, movement, and decision depends on this communication.

Just as an EKG records the electrical activity of the heart, a QEEG records the electrical activity of the brain.

The information is then compared with age-based normative databases, allowing us to better understand where your brain may be functioning efficiently and where it may be working harder than necessary.

A brain map isn't about labeling you.

It isn't a stand-alone diagnostic test.

It's about helping us better understand how your brain is functioning today so we can make more informed decisions moving forward.

Why People Choose QEEG Brain Mapping

After more than 21 years and over 35,000 client hours, I've heard the same questions again and again.”

"I just want to know what's going on in my brain."

"Why does everything feel harder than it used to?"

"I've read so much online, but I still don't know what's true for me."

"I know something feels different, but I can't explain it."

A brain map can't answer every question.

But it can often replace uncertainty with understanding.

Instead of relying on assumptions, general information, or someone else's experience, we begin looking at your brain.

Not someone else's.

Not what you read online.

Understanding Changes Everything

When we don't have the full picture, our brains naturally fill in the blanks.

We begin telling ourselves stories.

"Why can't I keep up?"

"What's wrong with me?"

"Maybe this is just who I am."

Many times, those stories aren't accurate.

One of the things I value most about QEEG Brain Mapping isn't the technology.

It's what understanding does for people.

Instead of asking, "What's wrong with me?" people begin asking "What has my brain been carrying."

What Can a QEEG Brain Map Tell Us?

A QEEG Brain Map doesn't diagnose who you are.

It doesn't measure intelligence.

It doesn't tell us everything about your brain.

What it does provide is another layer of meaningful information that helps us better understand how your brain is functioning.

Depending on the individual, a brain map may provide additional insight into patterns associated with:

  • Focus and attention
  • Anxiety and chronic stress
  • Emotional regulation
  • Sleep quality
  • Brain fog
  • Cognitive performance
  • Recovery following concussion or illness
  • Learning differences
  • Peak performance
  • Overall brain efficiency

Many parents and adults exploring ADHD also ask whether QEEG Brain Mapping can provide additional insight. While a QEEG does not diagnose ADHD, it may provide valuable information that helps us better understand patterns of brain function alongside your history, symptoms, and goals.

Most importantly, it helps us move beyond assumptions and have a more informed conversation about your brain and the options that may best support it.

Who May Benefit from QEEG Brain Mapping?

People choose QEEG Brain Mapping for many different reasons.

Some are looking for additional insight into concerns such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, autism, insomnia, migraines, concussion recovery, brain fog, memory changes, or difficulty focusing.

Others aren't looking for answers to a diagnosis at all. They're professionals, business owners, students, athletes, or other high performers who want to better understand how their brain is functioning and identify opportunities to improve focus, resilience, and cognitive performance.

A QEEG Brain Map doesn't diagnose. What it can do is provide valuable information that helps us better understand how your brain is functioning and determine whether additional evaluation, neurofeedback, or other recommendations may be appropriate.

QEEG Brain Mapping vs. Neurofeedback

People often confuse these two.

They're not the same.

Brain Map

Neurofeedback

A QEEG Brain Map is an assessment.

Neurofeedback is training.

It helps us better understand how your brain is functioning.

Its purpose is to help the brain become more flexible, efficient, and resilient over time.

Think of it this way:

The brain map helps us better understand where your brain is today.

Neurofeedback helps support where you want it to go.

Some people benefit from beginning with a brain map.

Others may begin directly with neurofeedback.

The best starting point depends on your goals, history, and the information needed to guide your care.

Why I Created This $299 Offer

After more than two decades, I noticed something.

Many people weren't looking for another diagnosis.

They weren't even sure they wanted neurofeedback.

They simply wanted answers—to know what was going on in their brain.

Others would tell me,

"I don't really understand neurofeedback until I've experienced it."

So instead of asking people to commit to a larger program before they've experienced either one, I created this offer.

Over two visits, you'll:

  • Complete your QEEG Brain Map.
  • Review your results together and understand what they may mean for you.
  • Ask every question you have.
  • Experience your first neurofeedback session.
  • Receive personalized recommendations based on your goals.

Some people continue into a comprehensive neurofeedback program.

Others simply leave with a much better understanding of their brain.

Either outcome is okay with me.

My goal isn't to convince you that you need ongoing care.

My goal is to help you make an informed decision about what's best for you.

Is QEEG Brain Mapping Right for Everyone?

Here's something you may not hear from every provider.

I believe QEEG Brain Mapping is incredibly valuable.

In fact, I recommend it often.

I just don't recommend it automatically.

I've learned that every person—and every brain—is different.

Sometimes a brain map provides valuable information that helps guide the next steps.

Other times, I know we can begin helping someone without it.

My commitment is simple.

I'll recommend a brain map when I believe it genuinely adds meaningful value—not simply because it's available.

If you're unsure where to begin, let's have that conversation.

I'll tell you honestly.

Why Experience Matters

Technology doesn't interpret brain maps.

People do.

After more than 21 years working with thousands of brains and more than 35,000 client hours, I've learned that meaningful interpretation isn't simply about looking at colorful images.

It's about understanding the person sitting in front of me.

 Your history.

Your goals.

Your strengths.

Your challenges.

Your life.

The brain map is one piece of information.

Experience is what helps turn that information into meaningful guidance.

Is QEEG Brain Mapping Safe?

Yes.

QEEG Brain Mapping is painless, non-invasive, and simply records your brain's electrical activity.

Nothing is transmitted into your brain.

The sensors only receive information—they don't stimulate, change, or influence your brain in any way.

Most people find the process comfortable and relaxing.
